Ms. Stuart started out practicing law in 1996 in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She joined her mother (also an attorney) right out of law school and began learning the ins and outs of personal injury law. In 2011, Ms. Stuart branched out on her own in order to better serve her clients and so that she was able to offer injury victims a different experience with their attorney.
Ms. Stuart opened her own law practice out of her home, but after just a few months she had secured an office, a legal assistant, and (believe it or not) a website! 13 years later, after a lot of hard work and success, Ms. Stuart is now able to serve clients all over the U.S., but has office locations in Colorado and Kentucky. Ms. Stuart also holds a license to practice law in Tennessee since 2007.
